Toni believes Milford deserves strong advocacy in Hartford to ensure our city receives its share of state resources and investment. Her focus is on bringing funding and support back to Milford to strengthen our schools, ease the cost of living for families and seniors, and protect our shoreline and infrastructure.
Every Milford child deserves a strong start and the opportunity to succeed. Toni will work to bring universal pre-K and affordable childcare to more families, secure stable funding for our public schools, and strengthen special education and student mental health services. Toni will also invest in educator recruitment, career and technical education, after-school programs, and safe, modern schools. Toni belives supporting our students means investing in Milford’s future.
Milford families and seniors shouldn’t have to choose between staying in the community they love and keeping up with rising costs. Toni will fight to lower utility, healthcare, prescription drug, childcare, and transportation costs, while making housing more affordable for seniors, renters, working families, and first-time homebuyers. She’ll also work to bring Milford its fair share of state funding for schools, infrastructure, and essential services—reducing pressure on local property taxpayers.
Milford’s coastline is one of our greatest assets and we need to protect it. Toni will fight for more state funding for flood mitigation, stormwater systems, and resilient roads, bridges, and utilities. She’ll expand support for homeowners and small businesses to elevate and flood proof vulnerable properties, while investing in wetlands, dunes, and living shorelines and strengthening emergency preparedness for severe storms.
Milford deserves a representative who is accessible, accountable, and willing to stand up for our community. Toni will work to protect access to the ballot, strengthen ethics and transparency laws, and ensure residents can see how decisions are made and who is influencing them. She’ll also bring state government closer to home through regular community forums, responsive constituent services, and meaningful public input on major decisions.
